music lover with special focus on recent electronic (clicks & cuts,
minimal techno), data-pop and indie/anti-folk music |

what do you think about your domestic electronic music scene?
|
|
in germany there is an interesting electronic-music scene, mainly in cologne and berlin but it`s growing; but still difficult to book interesting artists and have an audience in cities like this, nuremberg - so sometimes a little bit frustrating but there is also the really bad mainstream like in other genres |

what do you think about european electronic music scene?
|
|
i guess the network is growing and there are a lot of interesting producers also in countries which don`t have any distribution, though a lot of people move to berlin.... so it seems it`s mostly a thing of capitols like paris, zuerich, kopenhaven, london.... |

what do you think about north american electronic music scene?
|
|
interesting things are going on in the us, sometimes more experimental but i guess there is less interested audience and clubculture there, always great to listen to the releases of orthlorng, carpark, deluxe or tigerbeat6....and montreal with mutek festival seems to be the hotspot of the world |

do you know the japanese electronic music scene?
|
|
i would say i know some but don`t know if it`s represantative but it seems that there is an increasing international network and exchange and better distribution to europe > and are you interested in it? yes, sure, the things i know are really interesting andit seems that there is a good, open minded audience

what do you think about future electronic music environment/scene?
|
|
i think the international network and exchange will grow but it will be focused on the big cities; i think there are still a lot of possibilities to combine the modern technique with the personal human expression and different music-genres and create something new which can touch other people and music is then kinda international language

do you have any interests in current music scene?
|
|
yes, i think it always interesting to discover new places and music and sometimes i still get flashed 8. if you have something to add, feel free.
