2.
what do you think about your domestic electronic music scene?
it's ok. compared to other types of music i think there's a general indifference towards it. |
3.
what do you think about european electronic music scene?
it seems to be moving along. i haven't spent much time in europe recently so i don't really know what's going on. |
4.
do you know the japanese electronic music scene? And are you interested
in it?
i am familiar mostly with the japanese artists i work with (takagi masakatsu and ogurusu norihide). i'm interested in all types of music regardless of national boundaries...so yes i am interested in japanese electronic music. |
5.
what do you think about future of electronic music environment/scene?
the idea of electronic music as an end in itself is becoming less interesting to many people, myself included. i've always been interested in the new, the different and the unclassifiable. that's what "electronic music" was 6 or 7 years ago. now it is another genre with rules and limitations. i'm interested in transcending those limitations. that's why i've helped start two other labels, acute and paw tracks. @ |
6.
do you have any interests in current music scene?
of course! that's what i'm most interested in! @ |
