It's been a while. I don't have any special news recently, so I'm kind of slow to update now.
I'm back in Osaka again a few days ago. I'm glad that i see my dog again.
Whenever I come back in Japan, i always feel like I'm an outsider because so many things in the city are changing really fast. Maybe that's because I live in the middle of the city but sometimes I don't know where i am when I'm walking in my home town. Even the way people look (I mean their clothes, fashionable attire) are different from 6 months ago. it changes really fast too. It's kind of interesting, but.. I don't know, I often have mixed feelings about this kind of things. And now mobile phones are also changing fast. I don't even use e-mail with it ;-) but Now we can watch TV on the phone. and you can do so many other things with it. Is it phone? or something else? In Japan we call mobile phone "KEITAI" , and now "KEITAI" is no longer a phone, I think it's a new machine called "KEITAI".
hello Aoki,
i hope everything is well with you lately :-)
i was just wondering if your new album will still be out before the summer or not?
and will there be a 12" soon?
thanks.
best,
Murray.

and i can't really spend time on finishing it.

Posted by: AOKI at April 20, 2006 8:59 AMhey aoki, sorry to comment on such an old post, maybe you won't notice!
you're talking about how you feel like an outsider when you are back in japan. so how do you feel in paris? do you feel you fit in more there? hmm, maybe you feel like an outside everywhere now...
i know this feeling... i mentioned to you i lived in tokyo for 3 years, and hong kong for 1 year... of course i was an outsider in asia, but when i'm back in america i feel so strange too... everyone talks about movies and tv and things like that which i don't follow... there's new slang i don't know.
it's strange, but at the same time, outsider feeling is good. sometimes i want to know more people who are similar, but i also don't want to fit in like a normal person.

>so how do you feel in paris?
I feel the same as when i'm in Osaka, exactly the same feeling as what you wrote.
i also travel a lot like you and whenever i come back from somewhere I've never been, i always feel how ignorance I am. and at the same time i feel i want to know more.
